Reason for Listening: a sad dark self titled album by a troubled man addicted to drugs who ended up committing suicide with a knife to his chest. Mostly just an acoustic guitar but all other instruments (drums, harmonica) also recorded and played by smith. Every song is great, can listen front to back no skipping around. A very talented artist that communicates his sadness and personal struggles through his music & you can't say that about very many artists (imagine sadder non pop taylor swift)
